The NHOL guarantees any approved transaction between 2 parties with accounts held by the NBOH.

Deposits May Be Done At Anytime
Withdrawals May Only Be Done On the 1st And 15th Of Each Month
All wagers between 2 parties must be confirmed by a NBOH Administrator for verification.
Any league transaction or season fees will be debited as they happen.
A 5%  EA Transaction Fee will be deducted from any Account Withdrawls
Once Your account is opened you will receive a username and password to access it.
